A lot has changed in the lives of both of them. The effect may not be visible on 12th February.

Expansion
The majority test, i.e. floor test, of the National Democratic Alliance led by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is to be held in the Bihar Assembly on Monday. This is being discussed more in the name of ‘Khela’ rather than a test of strength through MLAs. buying and selling, i.e. horse trading Congress brought the initiative. Now everyone is claiming to have played. But, ‘Amar Ujala’ is bringing out another game. It will be seen when the rest happens. As of now it seems that the NDA government with 128 MLAs now has the strength of 130. Seeing the threat of loss of membership, if 130 are not here then the number of opposition may be 112 instead of 114. Read the reason further.
This camel went down the mountain in six months
The government changed within a few hours on 28 January. This was called Paltasana. But, the Paltasana we are talking about further took six months. In September 2023, there was a lot of news that Rashtriya Janata Dal National President Lalu Prasad Yadav did not give time to meet Kshatriya leader Anand Mohan Singh. Anand Mohan’s son is an MLA of Lalu’s party RJD, however. On the other hand, CM Nitish Kumar, after returning from another state, also reached Anand Mohan’s house to bless the bride and groom at the wedding. Six months ago RJD was in power, now it is in opposition. Nitish is still in power. Everyone knows that Nitish government helped in ousting Anand Mohan.
But, these circumstances alone will not be the reason for RJD MLA Chetan Anand’s inclination towards power instead of opposition. Recently, the Supreme Court had asked the Central Government to submit an affidavit on the legality of Anand Mohan’s release. It is not difficult to guess what one line of this affidavit can do. Chetan Anand or Anand Mohan are not ready to say anything about this, but if needed on 12th February, they can do a lot – this cannot be denied.
Remember the fireworks on January 28th
When the Grand Alliance government ended in Bihar on January 28 and the National Democratic Alliance government was formed, there were a lot of fireworks at the residence of a former RJD MLA. At a short distance from the Chief Minister’s residence, the sky was resonating with the light and sound of firecrackers. That former MLA is called ‘small government’ by his supporters. Yes, Bahubali Anant Singh. His MLAship was snatched away after he was proven guilty and his wife Neelam Devi became MLA from RJD. Still there. Nevertheless, there were huge fireworks at Anant Singh’s residence. Anant Singh is also a Bhumihar and so is former JDU national president Rajiv Ranjan Singh alias Lalan Singh. The area of both is almost the same. There was and is still a fight for territory. It is said that Lalan Singh’s strength in JDU was also the reason for Anant Singh to move away from Nitish Kumar or Janata Dal United. In such a situation, when Lalan is now away from the chair, Anant Singh is also comfortable. After the change in power of JDU on December 29 and Bihar on January 28, it is possible that Mokama MLA Neelam Devi may change sides. It is being told that before the floor test, she has now distanced herself from Lalu-Tejashwi.
